Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
- What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the weight, and or size of your order. It is not the intention
of JMG Technology to profit from delivery costs, therefore we only charge you
what it costs us to actually send the item to you. When shopping online, it is
always a good idea to compare the total cost of products, including delivery
fees.
For Items Listed as "In Stock at JMG"
The following table is an indication of the fee structure for products JMG technology
has in stock.

For Items Listed as "In Stock at Supplier"
These products are shipped direct to you from one
of our suppliers. Typical cost for a courier delivery will be $12.00-$15.00. Please note courier delivery will require a signature.
- How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on many factors. (If paying by direct deposit, please add an extra day to the time frames outlined below)
- Stocked Items
Unlike a lot of other Internet stores, when JMG Technology lists a product as "In Stock at JMG",
we mean that it is actually in stock and ready to ship the same day.
For most items that are in stock shipping to a residential address, we use a 3kg Australian Post Express bag which
means that delivery times will be between 1 and 2 days depending on your location. For business addresses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, we may use Couriers Please.
If you have a preference of express post or couriers please, you can specify which one you want in the Notes section of the order.
For most metro areas you will receive your product the next business day.
If you are ordering multiple items or large items we may need to send the package via
Australia Post Parcel. This type of delivery will take up to a few days longer
than express delivery, depending on where you live. Please email us sales@jmgtechnology.com.au
if you have any questions about the type of delivery and its costs.

- Items Shipped from Supplier
If a product is listed as "In Stock at Supplier", it means that we can ship the product
directly from our supplier. Orders before 2pm can typically be shipped the same day.
The couriers used depends on the supplier, location and product being purchased. The table below gives an indiction of which courier will be used. Please note, this table is to be used as an approximate guide only.

- What happens if my order does not arrive?
If an order does not arrive within the times specified above please contact us as soon as possible. We will give your order our highest priority until the problem is fixed.
- Can I pick it up?
If you live in the Newcastle area, we may be able to arrange a pick up time or local delivery. Please note that we do not have a shop front. If you are from Newcastle and have any questions about pickup or delivery, please contact us prior to ordering to make alternate arrangements.
- Do you accept overseas orders?
No. JMG Technology will only ship products within Australia.
