What methods do you use for freight?
JMG Technology uses a few different freight companies depending on the item you purchase and its location. For most stocked items going to residential locations we use Express Post (Australia Post). For more expensive items or for business locations we use Fastway or Couriers Please. For items that are not stocked at JMG Technology our distributors will use various couriers (AAE, Star Track Express, Toll, etc). If in doubt, please just email us and we can let you know which method. For courier deliveries it is always best to nominate an address where someone will be in attendance all day.
What are your shipping costs?
Freight for 1-2 items is typically $13.20.
How long will delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 1 business day to major metro areas, but please allow 2 business days for delivery.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If an order does not arrive within 2 business days please contact us as soon as possible. We will give your order our highest priority until the problem is fixed.
Can I pick it up?
We are located at Medowie (near Newcastle). If we have the item you wish to purchase in stock, then by all means you are welcome to pick up from us. Just send us an email and we will send instructions.
Can I ship to a PO BOx?
Items that JMG Technology has in stock can be shipped to a PO Box. Most suppliers use couriers who will not ship to PO Boxes, so if the item you want is not in stock at JMG Technology, but is available from one of our suppliers, please email us and we will let you know whether its possible to ship to a PO BOX for the item you are after. Please note: Billion and Fritz!Box can also be shipped to a PO BOX.
Do you accept overseas orders?
No. JMG Technology will only ship products within Australia.
