Warranty and Returns Policy
- Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA):
Before sending any product back to us you must contact us so that we can issue you with an RMA. This number allows us to keep track of who owns what product. The RMA should be clearly displayed on the OUTSIDE of the packaging.
- Repairs and Replacements Under Warranty:
If you find your product is faulty it is best to first contact the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer may be able to offer the best assistance in determining whether or not the product needs to be returned. Usually they will supply you with their own case-id or RMA number. Once you have this information, please forward it to JMG technology so that we can assist in processing your claim.
- Refunds and Exchanges
JMG Technology will gladly refund or exchange any product that arrives faulty, does not perform as advertised or does not match the description given at the time of purchase.
JMG Technology will not refund or exchange if you change your mind, find a better price, if the item is more than 30 days old from date of invoice and/or has signs of wear and tear, or if the items were not in stock when you bought them.
Please note that JMG Technology reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for products that are returned and are found to have no fault.
- Where To Send
Please contact JMG Technology for instructions and assistance in returning faulty products to either JMG Technology or directly to the manufacturer.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable and costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for return is due to an error by JMG Technology.
- Shipping Liability
Ownership of goods only passes to the intended recipient where proof of delivery can be produced.
- Liability
JMG Technology is not liable for any damages or interruptions to services caused by any product, or failure of any product to perform, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, loss of use, loss of data, or any other special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
